Our Offerings
Please note: Our fees would be drawn from your budget, not an additional fee should you choose one of our more comprehensive packages.
Getting To Know You
We invite you to meet with us to gain a more thorough understanding of the services we offer. We will take time to answer questions regarding our coordination packages. This is a complimentary one (1) hour consultation.
Words Of Wisdom
This consultation is meant for the client who wishes to plan the event themselves but may require a small amount of assistance. If you need advice on etiquette, vendor recommendations, or even help choosing guest gifts, By Invitation Only will assist you in the decision making process.
Package fee $150.00 for first hour $50.00 per hour each additional.
An Affair To Remember
For the client who has completed the majority of the planning themselves and would now like to relax and enjoy their magical day. This package includes vendor confirmation as well as full wedding day coordination. We will attend and direct the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. A complete itinerary will be drafted in order to ensure all members of the wedding party as well as vendors are aware of the event schedule. This package includes thirty (30) hours of consultation and coordination services up to and including the event date. Coordinator attends both the rehearsal, marriage ceremony and reception.
Package fee $850.00
It’s All In The Details
Beginning eight (8) weeks prior to your event date, a wedding coordinator will assume responsibility for the remaining fine details. Services include vendor confirmations, final menu selection, assistance with seating arrangement, attendance and coordination of rehearsal, marriage ceremony and reception. We strive to ensure the day is enjoyed by not only the guests but the client as well. This package includes forty five (45) hours of consultation and services beginning eight (8) weeks prior to the event as well as the services in the An Affair To Remember (day of) package.
Package fee $1299.00 flat fee.
Be Our Guest
Offering full service wedding coordination, this package is for the client who is content leaving all the details to a wedding coordinator. A comprehensive service that includes unlimited consultation, theme development and implementation, recommendations for decor design, vendor services, favours, flowers, food and attire. A wedding coordinator will offer assistance with setting and maintaining a budget, tracking guest count and replies as well as confirming vendor services. A detailed itinerary will be developed for the day of the event to ensure all members of the wedding party are aware of the schedule. A coordinator will be in attendance at the rehearsal as well as the marriage ceremony in order to provide a relaxed a stress free celebration. Once the ceremony is completed the coordinator will attend the reception site in order to verify all expectations have been met. From “I will” to “I do” this package offers the most complete coordination service.
